Hi, this is Christy, aka Crochet by Miharin. I’m a crocheter from Hong Kong. Miharin is a nickname derived from my Japanese name Miharu, which I chose for myself when I first learnt Japanese.
On this blog, I’m sharing my love for crochet and yarn with you, and also a bit of my daily life. Welcome to join my journey!
I started crochet in late 2022 and have been passionate about it ever since. As a person who never stuck to any hobby long, it’s actually happily-surprising that I’m still in love with crochet til this day and my love is growing stronger day by day.
I bring my crochet projects with me wherever I go and it has became a huge part of my life. When I’m not spending time with my family, I just pull my projects out and enjoy my me-time with yarn. I feel relaxed and calm when crocheting and it brings me so much joy.
Yarn shopping definitely is one of my favourite moments as a crocheter and for me, yarn buying itself does count as a new hobby. Fellow crocheters, we can never have too much yarn, right?!
Besides crochet, I’m also a big fan of movies and I adore anything cute and colorful! I crave for all kinds of desserts as well haha : )
